Welcome to NovaCart. By accessing or purchasing from novacart.ca, you agree to these Terms.
Products & Pricing: All prices are in CAD and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are error-free, and we may correct errors, cancel affected orders, and refund you. We may limit quantities.
Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received before shipment.
Shipping & Returns: Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the site or use products unlawfully. The water blaster is a recreational toy; use responsibly and supervise children.
Intellectual Property: All site content is owned by NovaCart and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaCart is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use. Nothing limits rights you have under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
