At NovaCart, we ship directly from our suppliers to bring you quality products at the best prices.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks (about 10–25 business days) after processing, depending on your location. Every order includes tracking.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $50 CAD.
Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships (allow a few days for tracking to begin updating).
Delays: Customs or carrier volume can occasionally add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days, email for a full refund or replacement — no hassle.
